We want you to love your earbuds. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Under UK consumer law you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
How to return

- We'll send you the return address and instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return shipping.
